Accepting new clients I would be honored to help you navigate current challenges in your life as well as past painful experiences. Current challenges might include life transitions, problem solving a difficult situation, or exploring new coping strategies. Therapy just helps guide the journey. My scope of practice includes trauma recovery, reducing anxiety and depression, navigating life transitions, managing caregiver stress and parenting challenges, and supporting individuals with chronic illness and pain.
